Infrastructure you don't have to think about
Servers, cloud, network, identity, and devices should be boring: available, secure, and predictable in cost. We design and run the foundation your applications depend on, on-premises, in the cloud, or across both, and security is part of how each layer gets configured rather than a line item at the end.
In practice
What this looks like in practice
Security configured, not assumed
Least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, segmented networks, logging turned on, and patches applied on a schedule. Good equipment with a permissive configuration protects nobody.
Work from anywhere, securely
Your team reaches files, applications, and communications from any location through access tied to the person, not a shared credential passed around the office.
Cloud where it pays, on-premises where it makes sense
Workloads are sized and placed on cost, performance, and risk, and you see the running cost before anything moves. Hybrid is a deliberate design, not an accident of history.
Recovery you have rehearsed
Backups get restored as a test rather than assumed to work, and the recovery steps are written down where your team can find them. Nobody should discover a broken backup during an outage.

Engagement
How an engagement runs
01
Assess
We inventory what's installed and test what's really running: capacity, access, security configuration, backup restores. Most environments hold at least one surprise.
02
Design
You get a design and a bill of materials with the reasoning attached: what runs where, why it belongs there, and what it costs to operate.
03
Deploy
Cutovers are scheduled around your hours of operation rather than ours, and the change window is agreed before anything moves. Every system is configured from a documented standard, not from memory.
04
Support
Monitoring, patching, updates, and a person who picks up. The documentation stays current and it's yours, whether we're on a retainer or you call us when something changes.
FAQ
Common questions
Do we have to replace all our hardware?
Rarely. We inventory what you have, keep what's supportable, and replace what's out of support or undersized. The list comes with the reasoning and the cost of each item, so the decision stays yours.
Can you support a team that works from home?
Yes, and it's most of the work now. Authenticated remote access, communications that follow people home, and access policies that don't assume everyone is in the building.
Should we move to the cloud?
Some of it, usually. We compare the running cost and risk of each workload where it is against where it could be, and recommend system by system rather than all-or-nothing.
We already have an IT provider. Can you handle just one part?
Yes. Clients bring us in for a specific project, such as a migration, a security hardening pass, or a network refresh, and keep their existing helpdesk. We document what we build and hand over the configuration, so nobody's locked in.
How do you handle security day to day?
Least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, segmented networks, and logging as the baseline, then patching and access reviews at intervals you agree to. Access inside your applications is covered in Business Applications at /services/business-applications/.
